Shipping Policy

As we are a UK based business it is important to note that the importer (the person who buys the goods from a foreign country) is responsible for the payment of import taxes and customs duties in their own country when ordering from outside the UK. Each country has its own regulations, so it is important to familiaries yourself with them prior to making a purchase. 

If you use a business address when you order, you might have to provide the tax information of the business to customs before the parcel is delivered. This will delay the delivery.

Processing Time
We aim to processed all orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout. Below is an estimate of delivery times:

Standard Shipping UK: 3-7 business days

International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination country)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or postal service issues.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. If you are not a UK resident, these shipping charges do not include import taxes and customs duties and these will need to be paid by the customer, to their own country prior to the delivery of goods. 

For shipments returned to mini beasts climbing due to incorrect or missing address information (as provided by the customer), original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges to re-ship items will apply.

For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason, or for shipments returned to mini beasts climbing for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes, product and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this number to track your shipment.


 

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. If the product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, import, export taxes and customs duties costs unless the item is faulty.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@minibeastsclimbing.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
